PUBLIC EXPOSE PT. SAMCRO HYOSUNG ADILESTARI

Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk (ACRO) held a Public Expose on Thursday, December 19, 2024. In its presentation, the management of PT. Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk has used part of the Public Offering Funds to purchase machinery. Some of the machines have arrived and are still in the installation process. These machines will be used for the development of new products and also for the automation of production processes which will increase production capacity and thus increase sales.
PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk is 78.41% owned by Chung Tae Sung or 2,720,072,495 shares and 21.59% owned by the public or 749,089,212 shares. In the Public Expose, the Company’s Management represented by Chung Tae Sung as the President Director also stated that the Company will hold an EGMS with the agenda of Approval of the Use of Retained Earnings of the Company Until the 2023 financial year on December 20, 2024. And also the distribution of interim dividends for the books until September 30, 2024 which will be decided by the Decree of the Company’s Board of Directors.
In further information, the distribution of interim dividends will be distributed to PUBLIC Shareholders ONLY, the Controller and President Director of the Company, Mr. Chung Tae Sung, has made a statement that he will waive his rights to dividends, both cash dividends and interim dividends. The ratio of the dividend distribution is a maximum of IDR 22.62 per share, but this value can still move because there is still a warrant exercise process.
