Tangerang, December 24, 2024 – PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk (IDX: ACRO), a leading manufacturing company, is proud to announce the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Friday, December 20, 2024 in Tangerang. In the EGMS, the Company decided to distribute Interim Dividend for the fiscal year 2023 with a total dividend value of Rp9,345,617,935 or a maximum of Rp12.47 per share. The shares were distributed as cash dividends to shareholders who are entitled to receive cash dividends, except for Mr. Chung Tae Sung.
